This Client Portal will serve as a place for everything related to your project and communication.
You can see all the specifics for your current project along with an easy-to-follow timeline and your assigned tasks with their due dates on the right-hand side.
So say goodbye to e-mails – from now on we’ll be communicating here in your Client Portal. This ensures that things stay tidy & in one place.
Please note that my "typical" working hours for my design studio are:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
Click the Submit a ticket tab on the left-hand side of your portal
Click 'New Request'
Choose 'Care Plan Request' OR ‘Support Request’
Fill out the form and submit it!
You can come back and check on the status as well.
Care Plan tickets are for simple text & image edits to your site
Support tickets are for when something is wrong with your site
Click the Schedule a call tab on the left-hand side of your portal
Click 'Timeline' in the left hand side panel to see the overview of your project and the flow.
Click 'Projects' in the lefthand side panel and you can view your specific tasks with due dates there.
Click 'Help Center' on the lefthand side panel and search for anything related to software we are using together.
Please refer to your Care Plan Agreement on the lefthand side panel.

Your monthly report is automatically sent to your email on the first of the month.
Your site is hosted on my server on Rocket.net - a premium hosting service.
Sure, just click the meetings option on the lefthand panel. Additional charges may apply.
If you want to add on a new design project, please submit a ticket or send me an email and I’ll send you a proposal to get us started!
