I'm excited that you decided to move forward with Termageddon.
I believe having a website is one of the best ways to help businesses get exposure and generate additional business opportunities, and tools like Termageddon can make website upkeep much easier.
Please note that because your website will have a contact form to get more leads, I have suggested you add a compliant Privacy Policy to your website as well as establish a strategy to keep it up to date when the laws change.
This does not mean I am a privacy law expert, nor does it mean I am here to provide you legal advice.
This is simply because I am seeing more and more privacy laws get proposed and put into effect, requiring websites collecting personal information to provide an up to date Privacy Policy.
Termageddon will do all the privacy law tracking and can push updates to your website’s policies when the laws change.
Before this can happen, you need to generate your policies. Please follow these instructions to set up your policies:
To access to your Termageddon policies, please do the following:
Termageddon will send you an invitation via email to access your license.
You need to ‘accept’ the invite and create a Termageddon account.
To create your policies, start by clicking the name of your license on the dashboard page.
Answer the global questions, click ‘save’.
You are now in your license’s dashboard. Click the gray ‘add policy’ box, then click ‘Privacy Policy’.
Answer the Privacy Policy questions, clicking ‘next’ each time. You must answer all questions. When done, the final page will have a ‘submit’ button. Click ‘submit’.
Email me when this is done and I will grab Termageddon’s code and put it onto your website!
Your license also includes additional policies at no additional fee. Please notify me if you generate any of these as well.

EULA, aka “End User License Agreements” are only for businesses that provide downloadable, licensed software (which I don’t think applies to you)
I really appreciate your focus on the importance of privacy, both from a company liability perspective and the sheer fact that privacy is important!
Please let me know if you have any questions!
