At Declet Designs, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of how we run our studio and support our clients. We believe in being transparent about that, so here is where and how AI shows up in our work.

How we use AI

The design work and images we deliver are created by us, not generated by AI. We do not use AI tools to design websites or to produce the final visuals, layouts, or imagery you receive.

Where AI does support our process is behind the scenes, in tasks like:

• Occasional guidance on structure or organization
• Cleaning up and organizing data, such as URL spreadsheets
• Formatting documents to match your brand
• Helping compile and assemble the information we gather through your workbooks, calls, and intake materials

In other words, AI helps us organize and move faster on the operational side. The creative and design decisions, and the final work you see, come from us.

Human oversight

We believe that AI is a tool, not a replacement for our judgment. Everything we deliver is reviewed, edited, and shaped by a real person before it reaches you. Strategy, creative direction, and final decisions stay with our team.

Accuracy

AI-assisted content is reviewed for quality, but no tool is perfect. We do not guarantee that AI-supported content is free of errors, and information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. Please verify anything you intend to rely on, especially where legal, medical, financial, or other professional guidance applies.

Client work

When AI is used in client deliverables, it supports our process rather than replacing the human strategy and craft you hired us for. If you have preferences or restrictions around AI use in your project, tell us and we will honor them wherever we can.

Intellectual property

We take reasonable steps to ensure the work we deliver is original and suitable for your use. Where AI tools contribute to a deliverable, ownership and licensing follow the terms set out in your service agreement.
